Amanda Scott
Amanda is an valuable addition to the Excelsis Team. Amanda is a warm, caring psychologist, and highly skilled psychologist. Endorsed with the Psychology Board of Australia as a Clinical Psychologist she has over 20 years experience working with individuals and families. Amanda has completed the Graduate Certificate in Autism Diagnosis at the University of Western Australia. Amanda is known for her warmth, quality care, and compassion when working with families and has specialist knowledge and clinical skills in the assessment of ADHD, Developmental Disorders, Specific Learning Disorders, Gifted & Talented, School Readiness, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
She has extensive experience in comprehensive diagnostic assessments and believes that through providing quality assessments and accurate diagnoses we are able to better support children and adolescents learn, grow and excel in all areas of life. She provides psychological assessment services to children, adolescents and adults. Amanda has experience working with schools to implement reasonable adjustments for young people with a recognised disability (e.g. ADHD, ASD, Developmental Delays, Learning Disorders, Mental Health Disorders).
She provides psychological counselling and coaching services to children, adolescents, families and mothers and has a special interest in the treatment of Anxiety Disorder, incl OCD, Depression, ADHD, ASD, and complex presentations.
Hannah Rosebrock | Psychologist
Hannah Rosebrock
Hannah is a wonderful addition to our team and is known for her authentic, non-judgemental approach when working with children, young people and families. Hannah holds a Master's degree in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology. She has a keen interest in research and knowledge translation and, in addition to working as a psychologist, has several years of experience working in mental health research including suicide prevention research. She enjoys being able to put her knowledge into practice at Excelsis Psychology. Hannah offers psychology services in English and German.
Hannah is passionate about empowering young people, children and their families to overcome their difficulties and live their best lives. She has experience working with a wide range of ages and presentations including, social emotional difficulties, behaviour problems, difficulties with emotion regulation, family-relational problems, disability and neurodiversity. Hannah also provides psychological assessment services to children and young people including assessment for Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder, Specific Learning Disorders, Disability, and Giftedness.
Hannah uses an integrative approach to therapy, where she draws from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, attachment-based approaches and Family-Relational Therapy depending on her client's unique needs and preferences. She is creative, compassionate and caring. The client therapist relationship takes centre-stage in her therapeutic approach. Hannah values the input from parents, caregivers, grand-parents, siblings and other important people in her client's life in the therapeutic process.
Simone Lombardo | Clinical Psychologist
Simone Lombardo
Simone is a wonderful addition to the Excelsis Team. She is known for her experience working with children, adolescents and their families in a variety of settings. She is a Clinical Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
Simone is passionate about working with children and their families to support emotional well-being, optimise overall functioning and work towards their therapeutic goals. She is known for her warm, compassionate and non-judgemental approach to working with clients. She has a particular interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder and has experience working in early intervention for children with autism. Her therapeutic areas of interest include anxiety (including generalised anxiety, perfectionism, separation anxiety, selective mutism, panic, OCD, panic attacks and social anxiety), school refusal, sleep difficulties, depression, and parenting stress, as well as emotion regulation, anger, behavioural, social and learning difficulties.
Her therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Attuned Parenting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness; as appropriate for each individual. When working with children, Simone recognises the benefit of family involvement in the therapeutic process and embraces systemic family therapy whenever possible.
Paige Whitelaw | Provisional Psychologist

We are fortunate to have Paige on the Excelsis Team. Paige is a compassionate and dedicated provisional psychologist completing her internship under the supervision of Amanda Scott, Clinical Director. She is committed to supporting children, adolescents, and families through evidence-based psychological care, building genuine connections that foster a sense of safety and trust.
Paige is known for her empathetic, client-centred approach and delivers high-quality therapeutic interventions, drawing on her expertise in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Play Therapy. She loves connecting with people, listening to their stories, and working together to make positive changes. She believes therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique needs and personality.
Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, stress, relationship dynamics, OCD, ADHD, emotion regulation, behavioural difficulties and sleep difficulties. She has extensive experience conducting diagnostic assessments for ADHD, behavioural concerns, educational concerns/developmental delays, gifted and talented identification, and specific learning difficulties (including dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia).
She is passionate about supporting young people to achieve academic success but more importantly to achieve psychological health, including social and emotional wellbeing.
Catherine Regan | Provisional Psychologist
Catherine Regan
Catherine is a wonderful addition to our team and is known for her authentic, non-judgemental approach when working with children, young people and families. Catherine has a Masters in Professional Psychology. She is a skilled and knowledgeable provisional psychologist with wide-ranging experience and is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment-based therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Attuned Parenting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness. Catherine is completing her internship under Dr Liezl Addinall, Clinical & Counselling Psychologist’s supervision and guidance.
Her therapeutic areas of interest include anxiety, depression, panic attacks, perfectionism, OCD, pain management, emotional regulation, behavioural difficulties, sleep difficulties, Autism treatment and intervention, ADHD coaching and support, parenting and women’s mental health. She is experienced in completing diagnostic assessments for ADHD/ADD, Behavioural concerns, Educational concerns / Developmental Delays, Gifted and Talented, and Specific Learning Difficulties (known as dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia).

Ellen Wilson | Psychologist
Ellen Wilson
Ellen Wilson is a dedicated and compassionate psychologist who is deeply committed to supporting children, adolescents, and families. She offers a collaborative and empathetic space where individuals can feel safe to explore their emotions, learn new skills, grow, and heal.
With a background as a school psychologist, Ellen has extensive experience working with neurodiverse children, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She is passionate about using Play Therapy and other creative, child-centred approaches to help children express themselves, process emotions, and build resilience in a developmentally appropriate way.
Ellen’s strong interest in child wellbeing naturally extends to her work with families. Drawing on her additional qualifications in relationship counselling, she helps families navigate the often complex dynamics of communication, parenting, and connection.
Ellen provides support for a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and relational difficulties, including anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma, depression, ADHD, ASD, learning difficulties, parenting challenges, PTSD, relationship issues, and sleep concerns.

We are privileged to have Rahela as part of the Excelsis Team. Rahela is an experienced psychologist with a warm and caring nature. Her compassionate and holistic approach to therapy provides a safe space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, helping them overcome life obstacles and embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth.
Rahela has extensive experience working with children and adolescents, utilising evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Play Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). These techniques help young clients express their emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills. Rahela customises these therapeutic approaches to suit each individual’s unique needs and aspirations, emphasizing collaborative engagement to uncover insights and foster lasting change.
Rahela also has significant experience working with clients in NDIS settings, particularly children, adolescents, and adults with Autism, ADHD/ADD, and Intellectual Disabilities. She provides neuro-affirming practice and is dedicated to supporting the mental and emotional well-being of her clients. Dr Liezl Addinall | Director - Principal Clinical & Counselling Psychologist
Liezl is the founder of Excelsis Psychology and has a wealth of experience working with children, adolescents, parents and families. She is endorsed with the Psychology Board of Australia as a Clinical & Counselling Psychologist and has over 16years experience working with young people, and families. Liezl has worked in schools, hospitals (inpatient mental health) and the not for profit sector. Liezl founded Excelsis Psychology as she is passionate about private practice, providing high quality psychology services to children, adolescents, mothers & families mental health care to Perth and surrounding areas.
She is known for her exceptional client care and warm, caring nature. She provides a range of psychology services to children and adolescents, parents, families and has a passion for supporting women with their wellbeing and mental health.
Her therapeutic areas of interest include providing support to children and adolescents who present with anxiety (incl. phobias, panic disorder, separation anxiety, selective mutism, social anxiety), adjustment disorders, depression, developmental concerns, family issues & stress, grief & loss. She also works with parents and families and has a special interest in perinatal concerns, and women’s mental health. Liezl is especially passionate about supporting the wellbeing of parents and families by providing them with practical skills to develop stronger relationships and connections. Liezl is known for providing quality perinatal support services to assist mothers, and their babies in a warm, caring and nurturing space.
